I don't think I'll miss that 1 degree for 15 minutes in the summer. Was curious to learn that the thermostat uses cell networks to communicate (the guy thinks it's Rogers). I hope a) their website is secure and b) their device is! If me and the 25k other users get pwned over 3G that would suck!! Now that I'm carefully reflecting on this, what have I gotten myself into... :). Oh well, at least the mood lighting is fancy and the ui pleasing.
